Florsheim began producing shoes in 1892 by Milton Florsheim. In a small factory located in Chicago, Illinois, Milton and his father, Sigmund, created a shoe with a remarkable combination of style, comfort and high quality workmanship. As the years went on the Florsheim brand focused on having a strong distribution network to create exceptional footwear for its customers. As the shoes slightly change from season to season, the Florsheim brand makes sure their shoes are made for the right customer, “The man who cares.”
